Reservation Sales Agent - Work-at-Home

NAVIS is excited to hire several part-time, work-at-home Reservation Sales Agents in multiple locations across the US!


We are ONLY hiring agents in the following states for this position:

  • Florida
  • Georgia
  • North Carolina
  • South Carolina
  • Oklahoma
  • Texas
  • Idaho
  • Nevada

If you are not physically located in any of these states, unfortunately, you are not eligible to be considered for this class of agents. 


The primary role of the NAVIS Reservation Sales Agent (known internally as Reservation Sales Professionals) position is to take inbound calls and book guest reservations on behalf of our clients. Who are our clients, you ask?  They are independently-owned hotels, resorts, and vacation rental management companies – many of which you will recognize, such as PGA National Resort & Spa, Classic Resorts, Vail Resorts, Tahoe Keys Resort, Jekyll Island, Pinehurst Resort, Salamander Hotels & Resorts, The Breakers, The Greenbrier, The Resort at Schlitterbahn, and many, many others.  Agents truly feel like an extension of the client.

This is NOT timeshare sales.  There is NO cold-calling involved.

In this home-based position, you will be fielding inbound calls from prospective guests who are interested in scheduling a vacation and want to learn more about the details of a specific property they have in mind.  You'll answer their questions, provide them with information, and help them book their stays.  Again, there is no cold-calling involved.

These roles are NOT high-pressure sales positions based in a crowded, noisy call center.  Rather, the calls are consultative in nature and you'll ask if you can help book their stays.  The more guests you book, the more money you make!  You'll also give prospective guests a professional, up-scale, premium experience.  Not to mention, a great benefit of the position is that you perform this job from the comfort of your home office (shoes are optional)!   

We will train you on our systems, our processes, and the properties of our clients so you will feel confident in helping prospective guests enjoy these incredible properties. NAVIS Reservation Sales Agents fill this role through our contact center and take reservation sales calls on behalf of our many clients. 




Positions are based in multiple locations across the US.  We are hiring in several cities in the following states:  Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Oklahoma, Texas, Idaho, and Nevada



  • START DATE:  Monday, December 3rd, 2018
  • TRAINING DAYS:  Monday-Friday
  • TRAINING TIME:  11:30 to 5:15pm Eastern Time / 8:30am to 2:15pm Pacific Time 
  • WHERE / FORMAT:  virtual / remote from your home office - live, interactive, instructor-led training via video
  • DURATION:  4 weeks of initial training, ending on December 28th, 2018 (there is no training scheduled for 12/24 and 12/25)
  • ONGOING TRAINING:  We have an ongoing, comprehensive training program that will keep you up-to-date with our systems, processes, and client properties 



  • STATUS:  positions are PART-TIME with an average of 27.5 hours per week (five 5.5-hour shifts per week).  EXCEPTION: for Night (Graveyard) shifts, we have 2-3 FULL-TIME positions available.  We request a 2-year commitment to the Night shift schedule and you must have previous experience working a Night shift to be considered.
  •  WAGE:  average hourly compensation for our existing part-time agents is typically in the $13.00 to $17.00 per hour range, depending on your performance and sales abilities.  We have several top performers making well-over $20.00 per hour.
    • Training Wage:  $11.00 per hour while you are in training
    • Base Wage:  $9.00 per hour + commissions, bonuses, and incentives typically averaging in the $13.00 to $17.00 per hour range
  • HOURS:  The majority of shifts include Swing, Nights, and Weekends.  For those Team Members working Swing, Night, and Weekend shifts, NAVIS pays shift differentials in addition to the base hourly rate.  Shifts may vary - schedules are made at least 2 weeks in advance.

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • At least one (1) year of sales and customer service experience.  This could be from retail, food and beverage, telesales, hospitality, and other sales-related roles where you had direct interaction with people and you were influencing / up-selling / using suggestive selling techniques.
  • You should have a positive attitude, enjoy helping people, be confident in your abilities, and be an enthusiastic person!
  • This this is a phone-based position, excellent verbal communications skills are required
  • Hospitality experience is preferred, but not required
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) are encouraged to apply



  • This home-based position requires a work environment free from background noise and distractions.  Ideally, you should have a separate room or office in which you can close a door behind you for privacy and work in a quiet, distraction-free work space.
  • Reservation Sales Agents are required to provide a dedicated high-speed internet connection* – NAVIS will provide all the rest!
    • *High-speed internet MUST have a minimum required speed of 7.0 mbps (download) and 1.5 mbps (upload).  Please take the time to verify this – it's critical!
  • NAVIS will provide you with a PC, 2 monitors, a headset, and other related PC equipment to help you be successful in this position
